IONS-Asia 4 / Chennai

OSA Student Chapters of Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) and St. Joseph's College of Engineering are jointly hosting the International OSA Network of students (IONS) Asia – 2 during 7th and 8th of December 2012 at IIT Madras. IONS is an effort to bring together students working in optics and allied areas. It is a conference completely organized and attended by students, enabling interaction between participants. We cordially invite the students' community to join IONS – Asia -2, preceding the biennial International Conference on Fiber Optics and Photonics, PHOTONICS – 2012 to be held at IIT Madras. IONS conference will be plenary talks, invited speakers, panel discussion, guest lectures oral and poster presentations in the following research areas:- Fiber optics, Integrated optics, Lasers and free space optics and all optical signal processing / Nonlinear optics and others.
